Returns & Exchanges

Christina D wants you to have the best customer experience and will gladly accept the return or exchange of product (s) purchased at www.shopchristinad.com. A FULL refund will be issued for all eligible merchandise returned within 14 days of the ship date.  A merchandise credit will be issued for all eligible merchandise returned within 15-30 days of the ship date.*  Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. To ensure your product is eligible for return or exchange, PLEASE  READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW the Return and Exchange Policy outlined below.  Please be advised…if you do not comply with the return and exchange policy…Christina D reserves the right to reject your return and ship it back to you.  

~ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:  In order for your purchase to be eligible for return, it must meet the following criteria.

1. All items must be returned in original condition with TAGS & LINERS ATTACHED, unwashed, unaltered and unworn.  Christina recommends that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on items as this make these items ineligible for return.
2. In order to protect the personal hygiene of our clients,  we simply CANNOT accept returns on intimate apparel containing a crotch, hosiery, personal care and stick on support products of any kind. Meaning, ALL panties, thongs, boyshorts, and girlshorts are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
3. For a FULL REFUND ~ items must be returned within 14 days of the ship date.
4. For a MERCHANDISE CREDIT ~ items must be returned within 15-30 days of the ship date.
5. The ship date is the date the item being returned left Christina D for shipment to you.  This is not the same as the purchase date.  To find your ship date, please refer to tracking number accompanying your shipment.

~ Sale or reduced items are FINAL SALE and may NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason. No exceptions will be permitted.

~ SHIPPING COSTS:

1.  All initial shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to Christina D.
3. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any exchanged product and shipping will be charged to the credit card provided on the merchandise return/exchange form.
4. In the unlikely event that you have inadvertently received incorrect or damaged merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise and will pay for shipping the replacement merchandise using the shipping method you originally selected.

~ All items must be returned with a copy of your invoice and a completed merchandise return/exchange form (download here).

~ All items must be returned to the following address utilizing a courier that provides a tracking number as Christina D cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail:

~ INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/FEES: Christina D is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping.  It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own country’s legalities prior to purchase.  If an item is refused delivery by the client for any reason on international orders, no refund or store credit will be provided and additional charges may apply.

~ Christina D reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, is doing excessive returns or exchanges.  Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from www.shopchristinad.com.

Please allow 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. Christina D will email you to let you know once your refund is complete.   Once we initiate the credit for your ShopChristinaD.com return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance.

~ Christina D is a retailer of designer lingerie, swimwear and apparel.  We are not a designer or manufacturer.  All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge, ability and fit experience with the product.

~ Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality and does not constitute imperfection or damage of the item.

* Return Exceptions
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but unfortunately due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept worn or washed products except in rare cases of manufacturer’s defect or extenuating circumstance. In these cases, returns must be pre-approved by Christina D before the order is returned. If a return of this type is not pre-approved, the return will not be credited or exchanged and the product will not be returned to the customer. Orders returned without a completed Return/Exchange Form and/or returned beyond 30 days, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or not be eligible for credit.
